Novena Day 3: Conversion of Sinners

The number one prayer request that Relevant Radio receives is for the conversion of family members and loved ones who have left the Church, aren’t practicing their faith, or are living a sinful lifestyle. On this third day of the National Novena to Our Lady of Good Help, we pray for the conversion of sinners.

We pray today for hardened sinners, who are far from God and have distanced themselves from his mercy. We pray also, and especially, for ourselves. Each of us is a sinner in need of God’s grace and loving forgiveness. We pray that every day we may open our hearts to conversion and acknowledge the sin in our own lives.

How to pray the novena:

  1. Pray the daily intention prayer below (check back each day for that day’s intention.)
  2. Pray the main novena prayers, found here

Day Three: Conversion of Sinners
“Offer Your Holy Communion for the Conversion of Sinners”
O Mary, you told Adele you were the Queen of Heaven who prays for the conversion of sinners. Just as you invited Adele to unite with you in that prayer, I wish to do the same today. I join you in praying for me, the unworthy sinner that I am, but also for my family, friends, co-workers, country, and the entire world. As we listen to the words of your son in the gospel, may your intercession gain for us a conversion of heart, and repentance for our sins, so one day we may inherit the kingdom of Heaven.
