- Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is doing well after she was hospitalized last week with 3 broken ribs. Ginsburg, who is 85, is the oldest member of the Supreme Court and is a left-leaning judge. Many on the left are concerned about her spot on the Supreme Court especially given that it currently leans right with a 5-4 majority, a conservative president, and a conservative Senate. First and foremost, we should all be praying for the health of Justice Ginsburg. With that said though, how much longer will she be on the court? What would it mean if she retired now and President Trump had the ability to appoint yet another justice to the Supreme Court?
