- A Supreme Court case, Espinoza v. Montana Department of Revenue, will be heard soon. This has the ability to shut down the Blaine Amendment and affect school choice for parents, as well as private Catholic schools themselves. Diana Verm has the story.
- A look at the upcoming debate between the leading Democrats. They will face off in the final debate tonight on CNN before the Iowa caucus. What many are awaiting is the potential firestorm between Sen. Bernie Sanders and Sen. Elizabeth Warren. News has come out that Sen. Sanders told Sen. Warren before the campaign that a woman did not have a chance to win the presidency. Now, the Sanders campaign has denied this happened, but many are speculating that it did. - There was a NJ bill that attempted to make it illegal to refuse childhood vaccinations for religious reasons. It did not pass, but lawmakers want to continue to fight it through again.
