Dealing with psychological problems during this crisis

  • The stress of this crisis is something you might be experiencing. With about 3 million people losing their jobs right now, this could cause much fear and anguish! If fear is overtaking your life right now, it is understandable why some sort of psychological illness could affect you. Are you struggling with hopelessness? There is nothing to be ashamed of; you will get through this. Another contagion is the fear of getting sick.  Maybe you are worried about someone else getting sick and dying from it.
