  • SCOTUS has ruled in favor of school choice. Espinoza v. Montana Department of Revenue came to a final decision in favor of Kendra Espinoza and her kids, which allows private schools to have the same aid financially. Kendra wanted better school choice for her kids and sent them to a Christian school, but was struggling financially and wanted tax credits.
