Our Lady of the Rosary

  • Hour 3 of 8-19-20
  • Dave Carollo joins Drew to talk about Our Lady of the Rosary and the message of Fatima. At Fatima – Our Lady refers to herself as Our Lady of the Rosary – a sign of victory against all of the enemies of Christ and His Church, based on the history of this title. She wanted to be known by this title. What is the significance of it? The title was initially known as Our Lady of Victory and a feast day was established on October 7, by Pius V in 1531 to commemorate the great victory of the Battle of Lepanto, which he attributed to the Blessed Virgin. There is no mistake here in how God is using Our Lady for victory in the Church and in the world. But we often look for great signs and wonders, we look for specific dates and we count the years to expect that something will happen in this year at this time. How can we know God is going to bring victory?
  • Also, hear a great Rosary story from Drew and callers. Drew shares a story of a woman who was protected from Ted Bundy. She was invited to pray the Rosary and a miracle of protection resulted because of it.
