• You once distinguished the difference between influencing and leading. On LinkedIn and other social media platforms there’s a lot of talk about “influencers.” Do you consider these types of people leaders too? Or just influencers?

• What are your thoughts on working from home as the “new norm?” I own a company of 35 employees, most of whom have traditionally come into the office. Over the past year only handful have shown up in person (we gave them each a choice due to liability). Should I consider disbanding the office? What are the risks if I do?

• What are your tips on giving an effective speech? Secondly, how do those tips apply to a Zoom meeting? Are there differences?
