Twitter locks a Catholic account

  • Twitter has once again attacked Catholic free speech. This time, it locked the Catholic World Report account for what they deemed “hateful” speech. (Even though it wasn’t.) They are back up and running now, but are seriously considering whether it’s worth staying on platforms like Twitter. Hear from Carl Olson who works for the publication.
  • Cardinal Lacroix of Quebec has said he expects Catholic church attendance to keep going down; he adds that this would fundementally change parish culture. How do we get people back to church? Fr. Paul Sullins is in to give his thoughts. He calls on parishes to return to orthodoxy and tradition and to stop attempting to water down the faith. He says that churches must stop trying to be relevant and popular with culture.
