- Suicide is never easy to discuss, but it’s clear that the rates are going up, much in large part due to the pandemic. People are stressed, and the numbers are showing it! Risky behavior is becoming common, including alcohol and drug abuse. If you have a loved one struggling right now, or maybe you are considering suicide, get help and hope. - There is so much anxiety about the future. People are feeling distanced from their loved ones, people are leaving the Church, and there is much hardship. The question is – is this a time of grace for the Church? There was a great article written about that here. We are reminded not to despair, not to give into worry, and not to fear.
