Patrick continues this hour with discussion on having children and the great value of mothers who decide to stay at home and raise their children, hearing from many listeners from all walks of life about the good and the bad of this vocation.

- Tom – Being a mother is the greatest responsibility. that is not nothing but everything.
- Patrick reads an email about the importance of big families and women who stay home to raise the children.
- Email from Suzie – women are contributing to society by being mom’s.
- Emily – Comment: I was a working mother and I’m a stay-at-home mother now. We had a child outside of marriage, but we’ve learned to used that to our advantage. Now we have learned more about being part of the Church.
- Lee – I know a priest who recommend a tubal ligation. Was that OK?
- Patrick reads an email about a woman who has 4 children and her husband doesn’t want to have anymore because he is tired.
- Jane – Comment: Women who have left work and chosen to stay at home have made some of the best homeschooling teachers.
- The emails keep coming in about raising children by the mother and Patrick takes time to highlight them.
- Cheryl – staying at home mom: I’ve been at home for 18 years. I want to encourage those who find it difficult. It can be hard and there are sacrifices.
- Sarah – staying at home mom: we have 9 children. Life can be hard sometimes, but it can be beautiful. We only use NFP when we have a serious reason.
