Relevant Radio® Show Us Your Rosary Sweepstakes Official Rules

Purpose:

Family Rosary Across America® is broadcasted nightly across the Relevant Radio Network and online (via Relevantradio.com.) with host, Father Rocky. Offering up prayers of healing and thanksgiving with his listeners and viewers, he leads the Rosary with thousands of people across the US and the world.

In May & June 2021, we are offering a special promotion, SHOW US YOUR ROSARY, encouraging our listeners/viewers to send in a picture or short video of how they come together to pray the Rosary (entry via https://relevantradio.com/family) and opting in to enter to win a trip to pray the LIVE Rosary with Father Rocky with up to ten (10) total immediate family members in Green Bay, Wisconsin as well as other tbd local activities. Separately, 1,000 Consolation prizes will be awarded with a retail value under $50. Submitting a picture/video is NOT required with an entry, simply sign up on the landing page to be eligible. Entrants will also be requested to check a box they have read and understood the rules of the sweepstakes. Too, entrants will also be requested to check a box to opt-in for future marketing materials.

1.2 Eligibility

Participants can qualify to win the grand prize or consolation prizes by entering name, address, email, phone number, and zip code, at https://relevantradio.com/family . Must enter a physical address – P.O. Boxes are not acceptable for shipping. No purchase or submission of photo or video is necessary to enter. One entry per household address. The Show Us Your Rosary Sweepstakes runs from May 24, 2021 5pm CST to June 11, 2021, 10pm CST.

1.4 Winner Selection & Prize Information

One grand prize winner will be randomly selected to receive a paid trip to Green Bay to pray the Rosary live at Chapel of the Nativity with up to (9) immediate family members and other tbd local events. Domestic airfare, ground transportation (maximum of two (2) rented vehicles for 6-10 travelers or for (1) for 1-5 travelers), lodging (maximum of one (1) room per (2) travelers will be provided), meals (based on GSA travel per diem rates) and any entrance to attractions as outlined in the itinerary upon final determination of dates of travel are covered in the prize award (valued up to $20,000 based on number of participating winners) for three (3) days, two (2) nights. Trip includes roundtrip economy airfare from closest major airport to Chicago, IL with travelers departing and arriving back to the same permanent US address. Relevant Radio has the final determination on flight arrangements and what qualifies as eligible travel within these terms for the ten (10) eligible travelers. Date of award will be at the discretion of Relevant Radio pending availability of winners and show hosts/production teams (window of October 6 – October 11, 2021.) 1,000 consolation winners will also be drawn. Winners will be drawn by July 1, 2021 and notified by email or phone.

No prize substitution will be made. Failure to accept and claim the grand prize in a fourteen (14) day period will result in forfeiture and another winner will be selected. All federal, state and local taxes associated with the Sweepstakes are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Grand Prize winner will receive IRS forms reporting winnings and a copy of such forms will be filed with the IRS. The retail value of the trip may be considered taxable income to the winner. Winner must complete and return the W9 Form to Relevant Radio within fourteen (14) days of acceptance of the prize to remain eligible to receive the prize.

Winners agrees that Relevant Radio has no liability in connection with the acceptance or use of consolation prizes such as possible items - custom yo-yo, rosary packet, and rosary awarded in this Sweepstakes. Winners agree that Relevant Radio may use their image(s), city, state and recorded audio in publications, promotions and social media venues worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

2. Disputes

This Sweepstakes is conducted by Relevant Radio whose decisions are final on all matters. Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prizes associated with the Show Us Your Rosary Sweepstakes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. This Agreement shall be interpreted and construed according to, and governed by, the laws of the State of Wisconsin.

4. Sweepstakes Results

For Sweepstakes results and/or a copy of these Official Rules/Marketing Department, send a hand-printed, self-addressed, stamped envelope to Relevant Radio at Relevant Radio, PO Box 10707, Green Bay, WI 54307-0707 after the end of the drawing by July 1, 2020.
