    After a summer of scandal, many Catholics are still reeling and waiting to see what Church leaders will do to restore trust and credibility in the Catholic Church. Charles Rice, a Catholic lawyer, recently posted an op-ed column in USA Today which he begins by stating “It is hard to be a Catholic today.”

    Patrick Madrid, host of The Patrick Madrid Show, recently discussed why he actually disagrees with this statement by Charles Rice. He shares why he thinks that, even in light of the scandals, it’s a great time to be Catholic.
