Tonight’s Family Rosary Across America was like a virtual family reunion with a beautiful mix of prayer, laughter, and those real-life moments we can all relate to. Hosted by Fr. Rocky and Maggie, we got to feel like one big Catholic family coming together to share the highs, lows, and everything in between.
Starting off strong, we had the dynamic kid duo Brooke and Hope from California. Brooke (a bit nervous but determined!) asked for prayers for her upcoming St. Joan of Arc presentation. Hope, her older sister, chimed in to give thanks for a beautiful family wedding where they got to be adorable flower girls. 🌸 How cute is that?
Next up, Dave from Des Moines, IA, shared a prayer with Fr. Rocky. He and his wife, Colleen, have been joining the Rosary since COVID, and they have a big prayer intention tonight: they’re expecting their 34th grandchild (!) 🎉, but the latest ultrasound showed some concerns. So, they’re praying for a miracle as they await another ultrasound next week. Fr. Rocky gave him a shoutout for his book, Born Fundamentalist, Born Again Catholic, and reminisced about how he’s known them since before they had grandkids! That’s real faith and friendship over the years! 🙏
Between Fr. Rocky’s encouragement, Maggie’s smile, and all the family stories, tonight’s Rosary was like a warm hug from a community who’s got each other’s backs in faith.
