🕊 The Call to Come Back Home
Drew Mariani and Fr. Paul Sullins talk to Julia. She grew up Catholic but left the Church after a rough experience. Here’s her story in a nutshell:
-She became a single mom during nursing school.
-When her son was five, she asked her parish priest if he could be baptized.
-The priest told her, “Get married first, then we’ll baptize him.” That hurt. 💔
Feeling rejected, Julia walked away and ended up joining the Mormon church.
Drew and Fr. Paul give love and encouragement:
✅ They apologize for the hurt she experienced
✅ Father reminds her that once you’re Catholic, you’re always Catholic.
✅ They invite her to come home to the sacraments. ✝️💛
✅ Drew even offers to help her find a great, supportive priest near her.
