“What Do You Seek?” Pope Leo XIV Blesses SEEK 2026 (Morning Air)

On Morning Air, John Morales spoke with Curtis Martin, founder of FOCUS. Martin shared that “God shows up every year,” and described thousands encountering Christ through Eucharistic Adoration, confession, and fellowship, almost 17,000 on one night. After nearly 30 years as CEO, Martin is stepping down while continuing to serve in other capacities, still driven by one mission: “We want everybody to go to heaven.”

Our Holy Father Pope Leo XIV delivered a special video blessing to all the SEEK 26 attendees in Columbus, Denver, and Fort Worth, and he led with a question straight from the Gospel of John.

During the Christmas season, he reflected on the first chapter of John, when the first disciples begin following Jesus after John the Baptist calls Him “the Lamb of God.” Then Jesus turns and asks, “What do you seek?” The Pope said the Lord asks this because He knows their hearts; hearts that are “restless in a good way,” longing for meaning and refusing to settle for a routine life without God.

Pope Leo XIV directed that same question to the conference: “Dear young people, what do you seek? Why are you here at this conference?” His answer was simple and profound: “The answer is found in a person. The Lord Jesus alone brings us true peace and joy and fulfills every one of our deepest desires.”
