Official Rules
1.1 Purpose:
In the spirit of the Advent and Christmas spirit, Relevant Radio is pleased to offer listeners an opportunity to brighten someone’s day with a Christmas Wish $500 cash prize (Contest).
1.2 Eligibility
This Contest is open to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Relevant Radio or Catholic Match or the immediate family members of Relevant Radio or Catholic Match employees are prohibited from entry. All federal, state, municipal and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Odds of winning are determined by the number of entries received. This Contest may be discontinued at any time without notice. This Contest is conducted by Relevant Radio whose decisions are final on all matters. Relevant Radio is not responsible for computer problems, failed or lost network connections, email delivery problems, system failures or incompatibility, typographical, technical or key-stroke errors, or interruptions in internet service. Relevant Radio reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the program; or if a computer virus, bug, hackers, or other technical problem corrupts the administration or security of the program as determined by Relevant Radio, at its sole discretion.
1.3 How to Enter
Participants can qualify to win the Christmas Wish Contest by entering name, email, phone number, Relevant Radio station and their Christmas Wish at www.relevantradio.com. No purchase is necessary to enter. One entry per household or mailing address. Christmas Wish Contest runs from December 2, 2019 to December 20, 2019.
1.4 Winner Selection
Fifteen winners will be selected to receive a cash prize of $500. One winner will be drawn each weekday of the contest (December 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9,10,11,12,13,16,17,18,19 and 20, 2019) and announced on-air by Relevant Radio at 4pm CT weekdays during The Drew Mariani Show™.
No prize substitution will be made. All federal, state and local taxes associated with the contest are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
Winner agrees that Relevant Radio and/or Catholic Match has no liability in connection with the acceptance or use of any cash prizes awarded in this contest. Winners agree that Relevant Radio may use their image(s), city, state and recorded audio in publications, promotions and social media venues worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
2. Disputes
This contest is conducted by Relevant Radio and Catholic Match whose decisions are final on all matters. Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this contest or any cash prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. This Agreement shall be interpreted and construed according to, and governed by, the laws of the State of Wisconsin.

The Christmas Wish Contest is sponsored by Catholic Match. https://www.catholicmatch.com/. Catholic Match provides the cash prizes.
4. Contest Results; Official Rules
For Contest results and/or a copy of these Official Rules, send a hand-printed, self-addressed, stamped envelope to Relevant Radio at P.O. Box 10707, Green Bay, WI 54307-0707 within thirty (30) days after the end of the contest on December 20, 2019.
