Trending with Timmerie – The New York Times is Wrong: Maternal Instinct is Not a Myth

If you are a mom, how are you doing? Are you happy?

Timmerie highlights a column from The New York Times which claimed that the maternal instinct is not real, but rather was created by men. She explains why this piece is utter trash.

While we need to be honest about postpartum depression and other difficult crosses mothers carry, we need to remember that motherhood is a gift given by God. Moms can learn to truly connect with their children, to help them develop into healthy adults. She explains how this all ties into St. John Paul II’s Theology of the Body.
