Sister Bethany Madonna, SV is the local superior and mission coordinator of the Phoenix chapter of the Sisters of Life. There, she walks with women in crisis pregnancy, women who have had abortions, and women who need support and guidance.

At one point, Sister Bethany was herself a woman in crisis, not about pregnancy, but about her vocation. In her address to the Congress, she challenged all of us to ask God what He is calling us to do, and to answer Him with an unequivocal “YES!” Even though our calling seems challenging, like baby sea turtles trying to get to the waterline, our difficult journey to Heaven is necessary for our eternal happiness.
