Rosary Novena Day 1: The Whole World is Consecrated?

Welcome to our 54-Day Rosary Novena to the Sacred Heart! With the passing of Pope Francis and the coming election of a new Pope, there has never been a better time to encounter the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Our Church and our families need our prayers!

In times of change the Church turns to the Sacred Heart.

During the Counter Reformation (1600s AD), as Catholics sought to strengthen the Faith, the Sacred Heart was honored in paintings and statues. During the French Revolution, the Catholic resistance used the Sacred Heart image on their flags and uniforms. And in 1899, Pope Leo XIII responded to anti-religious movements by consecrating the whole world to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. This consecration has been renewed by every pope since!

Jesus promised those who honored His Sacred Heart that “I will establish peace in their homes.” By consecrating your family to the Sacred Heart you are building up your family – your ‘domestic church.’ And by strengthening your ‘domestic church’ you are building the future of our Catholic Church!

During this 54-Day Rosary Novena we’ll explore how Jesus reassures us, comforts us, and strengthens us through this incredible devotion. We’ve broken it down into seven sections:

  1. Meet the Sacred Heart
  2. St. Margaret Mary Alacoque’s Story
  3. The 12 Promises of the Sacred Heart
  4. The Mystical Vision
  5. Courage of the Church
  6. Pope Francis’ Dilexit Nos
  7. Your Consecration

I’m so excited for you to join us as we pray this 54-Day Rosary Novena together on the Family Rosary Across America every evening at 7pm CT on Relevant Radio. Remember, you’re not alone – we are a family!

Pray with Us!

Thank you for praying for our Church and your family!
