If you're experiencing display issues with emails from Relevant Radio in Outlook, you're in the right place.

Email Display Issues with Outlook

Some Outlook users may notice that emails from Relevant Radio don't display exactly as intended — for example, certain elements may appear out of place or not rendered correctly.

This is not something you did wrong. It's a known limitation with older versions of Outlook, which handle certain email formatting differently than other email programs.

Good news: If you see a text link alongside any button or element that isn't displaying correctly, that link works perfectly. You can use it right now until you update Outlook.

How to fix it

There are two simple options. Either one will resolve the display issue.

Update your current Outlook

Keeping Office up to date often resolves display issues like this one automatically.

Step-by-step guidance

Option A — Switch to New Outlook (recommended)
  1. 1
    Open Outlook

Launch Outlook on your Windows PC as you normally would.

In the upper-right corner of Outlook, you should see a toggle that says "Try the new Outlook" or "New Outlook."

  3. 3
    Click the toggle

Outlook will switch to the new experience. Your emails and settings stay intact — nothing will be lost.

  4. 4
    That's it!

You're now on New Outlook. Emails from Relevant Radio should display correctly going forward.
