Official Rules   

1. PURPOSE

During the February 2026 Pledge Drive, Relevant Radio (“Sponsor”) is offering a chance to win a pilgrimage for two to the Holy Land (the “Sweepstakes”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of states where restricted or prohibited by law, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.  Void elsewhere and where restricted or prohibited by law.  Employees of Relevant Radio, partner vendors of Relevant Radio, or the immediate family members of Relevant Radio employees are prohibited from entry. The eligible participant who is selected to win the Sweepstakes must pass a criminal background check in order to claim the grand prize.

Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules, and entrant waives any right to claim ambiguity in these Official Rules. In the event of any inconsistency with any advertising or other materials, these Official Rules shall govern.

By participating, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. No responsibility is assumed for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled, incomplete or illegible entries, all of which are void; (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or fortechnical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, mobile device, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s mobile device related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any promotion it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules; and (ii) suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes if Sponsor believes, in its sole discretion, that malfunction, error, disruption or damage is impairing or will impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. Any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, may be disqualified, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. HOW TO ENTER 

Method of Entry 1

 Beginning at 5:00 a.m. CT on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, and concluding at 4:59 a.m. CT on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 (the “Contest Period”), eligible participants can enter to win the Sweepstakes by donating to Relevant Radio’s 2026 February Pledge Drive by calling the call center at 1-877-291-0123. During the donation process, the participant must provide personal information, including name, physical address, email, and phone number. Multiple donations do not equate to multiple entries. Only one entry per household will be accepted, regardless of the method of entry. No purchase is necessary to enter, and details are below on how to enter without donating. See Method of Entry 3.

Method of Entry 2 

Beginning at 5:00 a.m. CT on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, and concluding at 4:59 a.m. CT on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, eligible participants can enter to win the Sweepstakes by donating to Relevant Radio’s 2026 February Pledge Drive online at www.relevantradio.com, or through the Relevant Radio App during the Contest Period. The participant must provide personal information, including name, physical address, email, and phone number to enter. Multiple donations do not equate to multiple entries. Only one entry per household will be accepted, regardless of the method of entry. No purchase is necessary to enter, and details are below on how to enter without donating. See Method of Entry 3.

Method of Entry 3

Beginning at 5:00 a.m. CT on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, and concluding at 4:59 a.m. CT on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, eligible participants can enter without donating by calling the call center at 1-877-291-0123 and stating that you would like to enter the Sweepstakes without donating. The participant must provide personal information, including name, physical address, email, and phone number to enter, or complete the alternate method of entry form located at https://relevantradio.com/alternate/.   Only one entry per household will be accepted, regardless of the method of entry.

4. PRIZE INFORMATION

The Grand Prize consists of the following:

  • One paid group pilgrimage to the Holy Land for up to two (2) travelers, organized by Relevant Radio and Nativity Pilgrimages.
  • The pilgrimage includes roundtrip economy airfare, lodging (up to a maximum of two rooms), meals (based on GSA travel per diem rates), and any entrance to attractions as outlined in the pilgrimage itinerary.
  • The domestic airfare will be from the closest major airport to the pilgrimage departure airport, with travelers departing and returning to the same permanent US address. Relevant Radio has the final determination on flight arrangements and what qualifies as eligible travel within these terms for the two (2) eligible travelers.
  • Additionally, Relevant Radio will pay 25% of the determined prize value of the travel package in the form of a cash stipend to the Winner to help with any unseen costs of travel and potential taxes associated with winning the Sweepstakes. This additional cash payout will be added to the travel package value as part of the total Grand Prize award.

Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize:       $12,500.00 - $16,500.00

The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute another prize of equal or greater value for any reason including if the Grand Prize becomes unavailable.

5. Winner Selection

One Sweepstakes winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period, regardless of the method of entry, (the “Winner”) to receive the Grand Prize.

Winner will be drawn on Wednesday, February 11, 2026. The Winner will be contacted via the phone number or email address provided. The Winner does not need to be present to accept the prize but must respond within five (5) business days from when they are initially contacted by Relevant Radio to accept the prize and agree to the terms and conditions. Notification is considered to have occurred immediately upon sending the email or placing the phone call. Failure to accept the prize will result in forfeiture, and another winner will be selected. In the event there is no response from the Winner within five business days from when initially contacted by Relevant Radio, Winner shall forfeit the Grand Prize, and an alternate winner will be chosen by random drawing of all remaining eligible entries.

Potential winners may waive their right to receive a prize. All prizes will be awarded, but unclaimed prizes may be forfeited. Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable. Winner is solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. Where legal, winner may be required to sign, execute, and return a Prize Winner Statement of Eligibility and Release of Liability and Publicity Release and any other documentation that Sponsor requires (collectively “Statement/Release”) before a prize will be awarded or such potential winner may be disqualified, and an alternate potential winner may be selected. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s consent to the publication of his or her name, image and/or likeness in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Sweepstakes is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other unintended circumstances have impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select winner(s) in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries unaffected by the problem. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy in such circumstances.

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the Sweepstakes are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Sweepstakes winner will receive IRS forms reporting winnings and a copy of such forms will be filed with the IRS. Written release and eligibility verification from the Winner is required and must include the representative’s name, social security number and a photocopy of the representative’s valid, State-issued driver’s license.

6. SPONSOR

This Sweepstakes is sponsored solely by Relevant Radio, Inc., 680 Barclay Boulevard, Lincolnshire, IL 60069. Any reference to 3rd parties is for reference only and not intended to endorse those 3rd parties. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including but not limited to Facebook, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc. By participating, entrants release all such platforms from any responsibility related to this promotion. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to the Sponsor, not the social media platform.

 7. SWEEPSTAKES RESULTS

For Sweepstakes results and/or a copy of these Official Rules, send a hand-printed, self-addressed, stamped envelope to Relevant Radio at Relevant Radio, Attn: Sweepstakes, 680 Barclay Boulevard, Lincolnshire, IL 60069 after the end of the drawing by February 11, 2026.

8. ODDS

Odds of winning may depend on the number of eligible participants who enter the Sweepstakes.

9. GENERAL RELEASE

By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (and if you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian) agree that the Sweepstakes Entities (a) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, or from acceptance, awarding, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize, and (b) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Official Rules limits or excludes the liability of the Sponsor for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Sponsor.

10. DISPUTES

By participating in the Sweepstakes, you further agree that (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (b) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to reasonable and actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney’s fees; and (c) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain any award for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, indirect or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for reasonable and actual out-of-pocket expenses. These rules and any disputes relating hereto are governed by the internal laws of the State of Illinois without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, and by entering, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Lake County, Illinois for resolution of any disputes relating to the Sweepstakes and waive any objection thereto. For New Jersey Residents: Nothing herein prohibits recovery of damages or attorneys’ fees where required by statute.

11. CONSTRUCTION

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any entrant and Sponsors, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of Illinois or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Illinois. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.

12. PRIVACY

Except as otherwise contemplated in these Official Rules, and to the extent entrants may otherwise elect at the time of entry, personal information collected in connection with this sweepstakes will be used by Sponsor in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://relevantradio.com/donor-privacy-policy/.
