Sometimes the sweetest moments on the Family Rosary Across America come from the youngest members of our listening families.
Kathy from Pennsylvania called in with a special request for her grandson, Noah, who faithfully watches the Rosary each night with his family. “There’s a new little baby in our family, Lily, and he sits there faithfully, and Lily has her rosary in her hand too,” she shared.
The next day would be Noah’s eighth birthday. Kathy hoped to surprise him on air — and she did.
Noah had wanted to attend the Walk to Mary, but this year he will be celebrating something even more important: his First Holy Communion. Hearing this, Father Rocky responded warmly, “Well, maybe next year, Noah. And we’re going to be praying for you on the day of the Walk to Mary. Make your first Holy Communion.”
Then came the moment that Noah will surely remember for years to come. Father Rocky sang him “Happy Birthday” on behalf of Relevant Radio and the Family Rosary Across America team.
It was a simple gesture, but one filled with joy, faith, and the beauty of a family raising children to love the Holy Rosary and the Eucharist.
