Thank you for your interest to have Relevant Radio promote your event. We are honored to help promote Catholic events in the communities we serve. There are some things you need to know before submitting your request, however.
Due to the large number of requests we receive, it may take up to 10 days for us to respond – With more than 60 stations to keep track of, it’s not always easy to keep up. A few other things to keep in mind…
- We need at least 8 weeks of lead time prior to your event or registration deadline (Yes, we really do need 8 weeks!). We know this seems like a lot, but it is the time necessary to schedule, produce and provide you with the best results/responses by airing your event information for at least three (3) weeks. Events submitted with less than 8 weeks of lead time will most likely not be selected for promotion.
- We can only promote your event in one market. Please see the form below.
- Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that we will be able to promote your event.
- As a courtesy for on air promotion, we ask that you cross-promote Relevant Radio at your event. We are more than happy to send a local logo and station information for your website, program or other promotional materials.
