Refresh your Browser

Chrome/edge or other Chrome-based browsers

On Desktop, hold down the “Shift” button and click the refresh circle in the top bar. This will force a refresh from the web server.

On Mobile, a refresh should be sufficient to see changes on the page. If not, however, you can do the following:

  1. Tap the three dots menu
  2. Tap “Settings”
  3. Under “Advanced” tap “Privacy”
  4. In the “Privacy” menu, tap “Clear browsing data”
  5. Check everything EXCEPT “History” and “Cookie and site data”
  6. Tap the “Clear Data” button.

Safari

On desktop, hold down the “Shift” button and click the Reload circle in the address bar area.

On Mobile - There is no easy way to force a refresh. So you must clear the cache.

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Find Safari under Settings
  3. Under Safari settings, find the “Clear History and Website Data” heading and tap it.
  4. Then tap the Clear History and Data red text to confirm deletion.
