Official Rules
NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR DONATION OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, EXCLUDING RESIDENTS OF STATES WHERE RESTRICTED OR PROHIBITED BY LAW. MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE, OR THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN YOUR STATE OF RESIDENCE, WHICHEVER IS OLDER, TO ENTER. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER HOUSEHOLD. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Purpose
Make Room For Christ – in our hearts and outside our homes. Wishing you had a beautiful hand-painted Nativity Set to display at your home? Enter to win one of one hundred (100) Nativity Sets (image available at https://relevantradio.com/nativity).
2. Eligibility
This Drawing is open to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry. Employees of Relevant Radio® or the immediate family members of Relevant Radio employees are prohibited from entry. All federal, state, municipal and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Odds of winning are determined by the number of entries received. This Drawing may be discontinued at any time without notice. This Drawing is conducted by Relevant Radio, whose decisions are final on all matters. Relevant Radio is not responsible for computer problems, failed or lost network connections, email delivery problems, system failures or incompatibility, typographical, technical or key-stroke errors, or interruptions in internet service. Relevant Radio reserves the right to cancel or modify the Drawing if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the program; or if a computer virus, bug, hackers, or other technical problem corrupts the administration or security of the program as determined by Relevant Radio, at its sole discretion.
If, for any reason, the Drawing is terminated, cancelled, suspended, or modified before all prizes are awarded, Relevant Radio reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to select the winners from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event giving rise to the termination, or otherwise as may be deemed fair and appropriate by Relevant Radio. Inclusion in such a drawing shall be each affected entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances.
Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules, and entrant waives any right to claim ambiguity in these Official Rules. In the event of any inconsistency with any advertising or other materials, these Official Rules shall govern. By participating, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Relevant Radio, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Drawing. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Relevant Radio reserves the right to permanently disqualify any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules, tampered with the entry process, or acted with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Drawing, and to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
3. How to Enter
Participants can qualify to win the Nativity Set Drawing by entering name, address, email, phone number, and zip code, at https://relevantradio.com/nativity Participants must enter a physical address – P.O. Boxes are not acceptable for shipping. No purchase is necessary to enter. One entry per household. Nativity Set Drawing 2025 Winners are ineligible to win in 2026. The Nativity Set Drawing begins on October 5, 2026 and ends on October 18, 2026 at midnight CT.
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or that are tampered with, altered, forged, falsified, or generated by any automated or robotic means are void and will be disqualified. Relevant Radio is not responsible for, and assumes no liability for, entries or notifications that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, garbled, delayed, or not received for any reason, including by reason of technical, hardware, software, network, telephone, or other failures of any kind. Proof of submission or transmission does not constitute proof of receipt.
4. Winner Selection
One hundred (100) winners will be randomly selected to receive a Nativity Set. Winners will be drawn on Monday, October 19, 2026 and notified by email or phone.
A potential winner must respond within five (5) business days from the date Relevant Radio first attempts to notify the winner in order to claim the prize. Notification is considered to have occurred immediately upon sending the email or placing the phone call. Where legal, a potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Release of Liability, and a Publicity Release before a prize will be awarded.
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the Drawing are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Where the value of a prize requires it, Relevant Radio will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the Winner and file a copy with the IRS, and the Winner may be required to provide a valid Social Security number and a photocopy of a valid, State-issued photo identification before the prize is awarded. The approximate retail value of each Nativity Set is $570.
Winner agrees that Relevant Radio has no liability in connection with the acceptance or use of Nativity Sets awarded in this Drawing. Except where prohibited by law, each Winner grants Relevant Radio the right to use the Winner’s name, image, likeness, city and state of residence, and any recorded audio in any media worldwide for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes, without notice, review, approval, or any further compensation or consideration.
5. General Release
By participating in the Drawing, you agree that Relevant Radio and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Drawing Entities”) (a) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Drawing or any Drawing-related activity, or from acceptance, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any prize; and (b) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Disputes
This Drawing is conducted by Relevant Radio whose decisions are final on all matters. Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Drawing or any Nativity Set awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to reasonable and actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorney’s fees; and (c) entrant waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, indirect or consequential damages and any right to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. These Official Rules and any disputes relating hereto shall be interpreted and construed according to, and governed by, the internal laws of the State of Illinois without regard to conflict of law principles, and by entering, entrant consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Lake County, Illinois. For New Jersey residents: Nothing herein prohibits recovery of damages or attorneys’ fees where required by statute.
7. Sponsor
The Nativity Set Drawing is sponsored by Relevant Radio, Inc., 680 Barclay Blvd., Lincolnshire, IL 60069 (the “Sponsor”). This Drawing is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including but not limited to Facebook, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, or X. By participating, entrants release all such platforms from any responsibility related to this promotion. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Drawing should be directed to Relevant Radio, not the social media platform.
8. Drawing Results; Official Rules
These Official Rules are available online at https://relevantradio.com/nativity during the Drawing period. For Drawing results and/or a copy of these Official Rules, send a hand-printed, self-addressed, stamped envelope to Relevant Radio at 680 Barclay Blvd., Lincolnshire, IL 60069 within thirty (30) days after the end of the Drawing on October 19, 2026.
9. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
10. Construction
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision, and these Official Rules shall be construed as if the invalid or unenforceable provision were not contained herein.

Personal information collected in connection with this Drawing will be used by Relevant Radio in accordance with its privacy policy located at https://relevantradio.com/donor-privacy-policy/.
