2023 Relevant Radio® Nativity Set Drawing
Official Rules
1.1 Purpose:
Make Room For Christ – in our hearts and outside our homes. Wishing you had a beautiful hand-painted Nativity Set to display at your home? Enter to win one of Two Hundred (200) Nativity Sets (image available at www.relevantradio.com/2023-nativity-contest).
1.2 Eligibility
This Drawing is open to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Relevant Radio® or the immediate family members of Relevant Radio employees are prohibited from entry. All federal, state, municipal and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Odds of winning are determined by the number of entries received. This Drawing may be discontinued at any time without notice. This Drawing is conducted by Relevant Radio, whose decisions are final on all matters. Relevant Radio is not responsible for computer problems, failed or lost network connections, email delivery problems, system failures or incompatibility, typographical, technical or key-stroke errors, or interruptions in internet service. Relevant Radio reserves the right to cancel or modify the Drawing if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the program; or if a computer virus, bug, hackers, or other technical problem corrupts the administration or security of the program as determined by Relevant Radio, at its sole discretion.
1.3 How to Enter
Participants can qualify to win the Nativity Set Drawing by entering name, address, email, phone number, and zip code, at www.relevantradio.com/2023-nativity-contest . Must enter a physical address – P.O. Boxes are not acceptable for shipping. No purchase is necessary to enter. One entry per household. Giveaway winners from previous years are ineligible to win in 2023. The Nativity Set Drawing opens on October 2, 2023 and closes on October 15, 2023 at midnight CT.
1.4 Winner Selection
Two hundred (200) winners will be randomly selected to receive a Nativity Set. Winners will be drawn on Wednesday, October 18, 2023 and notified by email or phone that week.
No prize substitution will be made. All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the Drawing are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The approximate value is $570.
Winner agrees that Relevant Radio has no liability in connection with the acceptance or use of Nativity Sets awarded in this Drawing. Winners agree that Relevant Radio may use their image(s), city, state and recorded audio in publications, promotions and social media venues worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
2. Disputes
This Drawing is conducted by Relevant Radio whose decisions are final on all matters. Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Drawing or any Nativity Set awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. This Agreement shall be interpreted and construed according to, and governed by, the laws of the State of Wisconsin.

4. Drawing Results; Official Rules
For Drawing results and/or a copy of these Official Rules, send a hand-printed, self-addressed, stamped envelope to Relevant Radio at Relevant Radio, Inc. 680 Barclay Blvd. Lincolnshire, IL 60069 within thirty (30) days after the end of the Drawing on October 15, 2023.
