How I started praying the rosary every day

The Rosary is a long chain that links heaven and earth. One end of it is in our hands and the other end is in the hands of the Holy Virgin – St. Therese of Lisieux

The rosary is a powerful devotion that has been encouraged by saints, popes, and holy men and women throughout the centuries. But many people find the rosary to be a difficult devotion – some have difficulty finding time to pray the rosary, while others have difficulty paying attention to the prayers and meditations. Many have the desire to pray it every day, but have a hard time making it a regular part of their day.

But while it may be difficult, it can be done! Recently, a listener named Maria called in to The Patrick Madrid Show to share how listening to Relevant Radio led her to start praying the rosary every day. Maria said:

“I just stumbled upon your radio station. I was tired of listening to music and just pushed some buttons – and all of a sudden, on 106.7, they were praying the rosary. I thought, ‘What radio station is this? Because I’ve never heard of a radio station praying.’

Well, I am now addicted [to Relevant Radio]. Every time I get into my car I listen on the app, and I end up praying the rosary three or four times a day. I’ve never done that in my life. I’m very grateful you are there and the app is there. It’s just a beautiful, beautiful thing that I stumbled upon, and I listen to nothing but Relevant Radio right now.

Thank you so much, you’ve changed my life. … You’re always there for me. No matter what my need is, I can turn on the app, I can turn on the radio, and you’re always there.”
