The road to Emmaus. The two disciples didn’t realize they had been walking and talking with our Lord. They so enjoyed speaking with him, when they reached Emmaus they asked him to join them for a meal. At the meal when he broke the bread, they finally knew he was Jesus.

The word of God. The bread is broken and lifted up and Jesus is present. Does this sound familiar to you?
