As a non-profit organization, Relevant Radio relies on listener contributions to continue the important mission of bringing Christ to the world through the media. It’s a task that is not taken lightly—each day we work hard to produce the very best quality Catholic programming that inspires and informs listeners coast-to-coast.

Sharing hope with the grieving
“Dear Fr. Rocky, It is with a great big happy heart that I say “thank you” and wish you every blessing from Jesus on the great work in acquiring even more radio stations that will air the great good news of Jesus Christ!” wrote Kathy.
She found Relevant Radio in 2015 when she was fed up with the station she’d listened to for 25+ years. She scanned the dial and was thrilled to find Catholic radio. Just a month after finding Relevant Radio, the programming helped her through some very difficult times.
“The following month, out of nowhere comes the news that my precious mother was diagnosed with cancer and Father Rocky, my world came crashing down. In 2016 mom went home to God and suddenly 20 days later, the love of my life Joe, had a stroke and went home to God too. I’ve come to know now that maybe Relevant Radio was not an ‘accident’ because if you knew how I clung to listening to RR for the hope and strength that I desperately needed, you would understand what a lifesaver 1430AM was for me. Just to hear the phrase ‘You are not alone’ made all the difference.”
Kathy says she has grown much stronger in her Faith and relationship with Jesus from listening to Relevant Radio. “While life is so different now, I have hope that whatever God has in store for me, I’ll be able to have the strength needed to follow where the path leads. As long as Jesus goes there with me, I’m sure to be on the right path. See what a radio station can do for just one human being.”
