Grow in Faith Through the Lives of the Saints

“For all the saints who from their labors rest,
who thee by faith before the world confessed,
thy name, O Jesus, be forever blest.
Alleluia! Alleluia!”

November, the Month of the Holy Souls, kicks off with a beautiful celebration for the Catholic Church—the Solemnity of All Saints. It’s a day we celebrate and honor the men and women who are in heaven, both formally canonized by the Church and those unknown saints who have attained eternal life with God.

It’s a triumphant solemnity and Holy Day of Obligation, where Catholics across the world attend Mass in remembrance of all saints. Not only do we celebrate their victory, but we also remember to turn our eyes toward heaven and the greatest reward.

Their stories are inspiring, and give us examples of sacrificial love, heroic faith, and great virtue. When we delve into the lives of the saints, we see a glimpse into what we are called to be.

This All Saints Day, Friday November 1, Relevant Radio® will present a day of special programming, Great Stories about Great Saints. Each program will be dedicated to the lives of the great saints, their legacies and the lessons we learn from them. We’ll have expert guests, as well as entertaining stories and commentary.

Join the Relevant Radio show hosts on November 1 to grow in your faith through the inspiring witness of the holy men and women in heaven. Saints discussed will include Mother Teresa, Venerable Fulton Sheen, St. Ignatius of Loyola, St. Teresa of Avila, St. Andre Bessette, Sts. Monica and Augustine, St. John Paul II, and St. Therese of Lisieux. Tune in on your local station, at relevantradio.com, or on the free mobile app.

“Blessed are the poor in spirit,
for theirs is the Kingdom of heaven.”

All you Holy Saints of God, pray for us!
