Frank Keegan is many things – a husband, a Grand Navigator for the Knights of Columbus, Man of the Year in his local Knights council, a Parish Ambassador at St. Patrick Parish in Malvern, PA. And he’s the Relevant Radio® Volunteer of the Month!

Frank shared with us how he started listening to Relevant Radio and how he became a Parish Ambassador, saying, “A little over a year ago, my wife of 60 years and I were on an island in Casko Bay, Maine. There was no TV reception and limited radio reception. For the entire week we were introduced to the wonder of Catholic Radio programming — our introduction to Relevant Radio.”

“On our return to Malvern, PA we went looking for a station broadcasting Relevant Radio and found 640 AM on the dial,” he continued. “We also found most of our local parishes were not really making the broadcasts known. I found that there was an Ambassador Program to help spread the word, and approached our pastor at St. Patrick Parish in Malvern. With the approval of Fr. Redcay we now provide literature and exposure for Relevant Radio in our parish.”

Regional Director Mary Radford illustrated what an energetic volunteer Frank is, saying, “Frank is the Grand Navigator for the local Knights of Columbus and used his connections to sign-up seven Relevant Radio Parish Ambassadors around the Philadelphia area! Frank is a tireless volunteer and, as a result of his hard work, I’m sure every parishioner at his parish is familiar with Relevant Radio.”
