Relevant Radio® is thrilled to welcome Trending with Timmerie to the daily lineup of high-quality original programming heard across the network. The new program will air beginning Easter Monday, April 13, at 6-7pm CT.
The new program hosted by Timmerie Geagea (Millington) brings “principles of Catholicism to trending thought and experience” and offers listeners relevant ways to engage the culture by bringing together current trends and the truth and beauty of the Catholic faith.
Trending with Timmerie will move from a weekend show on Relevant Radio to being heard Monday-Friday across the Relevant Radio network on your local station, at relevantradio.com, and on the free mobile app.
Timmerie is a Catholic radio host and speaker and an expert in responding to the issues of sexuality, feminism, and gender ideology from a Catholic point of view. She has a Masters Degree in Biblical Theology and Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Media from John Paul the Great Catholic University.
“I promise to try to keep my content fresh, bringing controversial and hot topics that [Catholics] face today. Ultimately I hope that in your walk with me, you will see the image and likeness of God in every person that you meet, and that as a result you will treat everyone with dignity and respect,” says Timmerie.
Trending with Timmerie will be heard in the 6pm CT weekday timeslot, previously occupied by St. Joseph’s Workshop with Fr. Matthew Spencer. Fr. Matthew transitioned away from his radio show after a year of serving as Provincial of the Oblates of St. Joseph. “For months I have pondered many ways to make it possible to continue, but after much prayer and consideration, it’s become clear that God is asking me to give myself in service to my Congregation in ways that necessitate me transitioning out of a daily radio program,” he said of the decision. Past episodes of St. Joseph’s Workshop will continue to be available at relevantradio.com and the Relevant Radio app.
Join us in welcoming Trending with Timmerie to the Relevant Radio daily lineup by tuning in Monday-Friday at 6pm CT.
