Father Kubicki – Prayer Reflections November 10, 2020

Today we celebrate the feast  Pope St. Leo the Great. He wrote to the fathers of the Council of Chalcedon regarding the Divinity and humanity of Christ: “Abiding before all time, He began to be in time.  Being God, who cannot suffer, He did not disdain to be man that can suffer and immortal as He is, to subject Himself to the laws of death. To be hungry and thirsty, to be weary and to sleep is clearly human. But to satisfy 5,000 with 5 loaves, to walk on the surface of the water and to quell the waves by rebuking the winds is without any doubt Divine.
