This week thousands of listeners pledged their support during our Give From the Heart Pledge Drive. Some gave a few dollars, some gave thousands, but each and every gift has immeasurable value because of the impact that generosity has on the lives of our many listeners.

When you give to Relevant Radio® you are helping us bring Christ to the world through the media – and that has a powerful effect on people’s everyday lives! Relevant Radio helps people feel less alone, it brings them peace during difficult times, and it helps draw them into (or back into) the Catholic Church. 

Here are just a few of the stories your fellow listeners shared when they gave to our Give From the Heart Pledge Drive.

“As a public school teacher – teaching in the classroom and virtually at the same time – Relevant Radio sets the tone for my day.  Your calm words of wisdom keep me sane in a crazy world” said Barbara in the Twin Cities.

“I completed RCIA and was at a loss how to stay close to the faith,” said Marion from Illinois.  “I felt like I was floating away from my faith like others in my group.  A friend told me about Relevant Radio and I dialed into 930 AM.  Your radio programs changed my life!  They fed me, gave me spiritual direction, catechized me, and drew me deeper into the Church.  I am so grateful.”  

A brand new donor from Phoenix, AZ felt called to give on Monday. He is a doctor and loves to listen to all the Relevant Radio programs through the Relevant Radio App.  He has suggested to his patients that they consider listening as well. The amazing part of this call is the doctor isn’t Catholic, but as he said, “I’m not Catholic YET!  But I’m getting there because of Relevant Radio.”

Ester, in California, listens via Alexa and shares her faith at home and in the carpool. She loves Patrick and all the show hosts. Ester especially loves praying with Drew during the Divine Mercy and prays for her family and friends who are affected by the coronavirus.

An anonymous donor generously gave a $3,500 gift of stock as he was inspired by Father Rocky and loves Relevant Radio. He is a newer listener and enjoys learning something new about the Faith every day. “This is my second gift but it won’t be my last,” he said.

Another anonymous listener was taught that the “Catholic Church was scary and not a true faith”. A friend recommended Relevant Radio as a means to learn about the Catholic Faith. Anonymous listens to Relevant Radio at least 3 hours a day and loves the Prayer Treasury on the App.  Anonymous will enter into the Church this Easter Season.  “Thank you for sharing the Truth in a non-threatening way,” she said.
