Fr. Burke Masters, From Epiphany to Baptism of the Lord; Emily Jaminet, Sacred Heart & Your Domestic Church

Fr. Burke and John briefly chat about the upcoming Alabama and Georgia championship game.
Fr. Burke reiterates that Christmas Day is just the beginning of the season not the end cap. He notes that in the celebration of the Epiphany (which means revelation) we can reflect, like Pope Francis said in adoration, and see what God is revealing to us today.
Emily explains that just because we are in ordinary time doesn’t mean that we can just coast. this is a great time to refocus our hearts on receiving the love of the sacred Heart of Jesus and sharing that with others.
Emily shares how we can use the image of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in our home to teach ourselves and our children the importance of accepting that love from God and sharing it with others through our words and actions.
