The entertainment division of Relevant Radio, The Merry Beggars, is proud to present On the Night Train, an original audio mystery adventure! Following The Merry Beggars’ success last winter with their production and release of Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol, they are excited to bring you yet another series of premium audio content.

Directed by Peter Atkinson, written by Kiley Hatch, and with Michaela Fox on production and Kevin Conroy on sound design, this 19th-century thriller set in the cars of a passenger train is sure to evoke a medley of emotions from the whole family, while providing unmatched, wholesome entertainment.

It is New Year’s Eve, 1879, and the greatest event of the century is about to take place! George Pullman’s Night Train prepares to journey from the Chicago Central Depot to Sacramento, California. The first ever transcontinental race between George Pullman’s Night Train and Webster Wagner’s Midnight Express is about to begin!

Edith and Paul Mallard, two young children from Chicago, are finally getting the chance to ride on the Pullman Night Train. Their father, Will Mallard, leads the Night Train and, together with their mother Louise, plans to travel as a family across America.

But after a series of mysterious accidents, Edith and Paul find themselves at the center of a villainous plot against the Night Train. As the Night Train races across America, it’s up to Edith and Paul to investigate the eccentric passengers, decipher the clues, and solve this mystery.

Will Edith and Paul be able to uncover the truth and save the Night Train? Or is their journey doomed to disaster?
