  1. Read labels – fewer ingredients and readable ingredients
  1. Don’t eat processed things with sugar, corn syrup or above 10 grams of sugar
  1. No– gluten, dairy, soy, corn or peanuts
  1. Drink water – half your weight in oz
  1. Vegetables with every meal – rainbow of color
