Victoria, an aggressive Protestant listener, challenges Patrick with a gotcha question, asking why Catholics call priests “father” when Jesus said to “call no man father” (Matt. 23:9). As Patrick patiently and methodically gives her a biblical explanation, she grows increasingly frustrated by his kindness.
