If you’ve followed or listened to Relevant Radio for any extended period of time, you are most likely acquainted with our CARS (Charitable Adult Rides & Services) Vehicle Donation Program, which allows donors to donate their vehicles to us. In turn, Relevant Radio is able to turn those vehicles into revenue to help acquire and maintain our stations, and donors receive a tax write-off.

You can support Relevant Radio in many ways: Joining a giving society, donating a vehicle you don’t need anymore, and now, donating a piece of land or other property!

Relevant Radio, in collaboration with CARS, is proud to offer a new program to our listeners and donors: The CARS Real Estate Donation Program. You can now donate real estate to benefit Relevant Radio. We accept any property type – land, residential, commercial – in any location, so long as there is equity. Perceived barriers such as back taxes, a mortgage balance, or deferred maintenance, are no problem. All loans, liens, commissions owned, and closing costs will be paid off.

Donating property to Relevant Radio is a great way to provide support and funding for the programs you love. If you’re having trouble selling a property or if you have a second home, land, or commercial property that is costing you money and not being utilized, donating it is a great way to give back and you may even claim a significant tax deduction!
