LIVE from St. Isaac Jogues: Faith, Baseball, and the Beauty of Becoming Catholic (Family Rosary Across America)

Let us take you inside the pews of St. Isaac Jogues in suburban Chicago, where something beautiful happened: a packed church, and lots of heartfelt prayer.

🙏 A Rosary That Felt Like Family

Fr. Rocky brought his warmth and joyful presence to the broadcast, and he was joined by the local pastor Fr. Burke Masters. He’s a familiar name if you’ve tuned into Morning Air, and he’s the Chicago Cubs chaplain. Together, they led a powerful evening of prayer, connection, and witness.

Prayer Intentions That Inspire

Joey (13) stood tall with nerves of steel and a Cubs/Sox-neutral stance. 😂 His prayer was profound:

“For Pope Leo the 14th. May he guide the Church with wisdom and courage…”
🔥Whoa. When a 13-year-old is praying like that, you know the Spirit’s alive.

Sophia (8th grade) offered a profound prayer:

“For those who need God’s love… Help them find the best version of themselves.”
Fr. Rocky pointed out her name means “wisdom”, and she sure lived up to it! 💡

Deborah, a convert from the Assemblies of God, shared a glowing testimony:

“I love the tradition, the sacred scripture, and the Magisterium. That three-legged stool holds up the Church.”

🔥🔥🔥 (She could host a show on Relevant Radio!)

Her prayer intention was for kids and young adults to boldly share Christ and “be not afraid” just like JPII told us. 🙌

💬 Fr. Rocky’s Nuggets of Gold

As always, Fr. Rocky wove in little pearls of Catholic truth, reminding us that loving people through texts, calls, and simple kindness is how we spread the Gospel. It’s not complicated… but it is holy.

“Courtesy towards everyone. That’s the true touch of Christianity.”
