Our priests are present for some of the most important moments of our lives. Through their vocation, they bring us Christ in the Sacraments and faithfully serve our families, parishes, and communities.
This October, during National Clergy Appreciation Month, Relevant Radio invites you to return that gift in one of the most powerful ways possible: prayer.
A Month of Prayer for Our Priests
All month long, the Family Rosary Across America will unite Catholics across the country in a national spiritual bouquet for our priests. Together, we will intercede for them by name, asking God and Our Lady, Queen of the Clergy to grant them grace in their ministry, courage in their trials, peace in their hearts, and holiness as they live out their sacred vocation.
Priests spend their lives praying for and serving the people entrusted to their care. They celebrate Mass, hear confessions, visit the sick, comfort grieving families, prepare couples for marriage, baptize children, and bring the Last Rites to those approaching the end of their earthly lives.
Behind all of that ministry is a man who needs prayer, too.
Our prayers are a real way to support our priests. By lifting them up to the Lord, we can ask Him to strengthen them in their vocation and give them the grace they need to continue bringing Christ to the people they serve.
And this October, we want to pray for your priest.
