Giving Voice to Those on the Margins

Even with today’s technology giving us ever greater access to media, the stories that make the headlines are not often about those who most need their stories told. The poor, the persecuted, those on the margins of society don’t have many spaces in our media landscape where they can share their stories and experiences.

Jason Jones, a film producer and human rights activist, tells Sheila Liaugminas on A Closer Look™ how important it is to give voice to the voiceless, and the role that Relevant Radio® plays in speaking out for the marginalized.

If you would like to help us give voice to those on the margins, consider supporting our May Pledge Drive. Your gift will help share hope around the world, and bridge the gap between faith and everyday life. Make a pledge and change a life today.
