The Recipe for Reducing Anger

Anger is a natural human emotion, but if you don’t learn to control your anger it can wreak havoc on your life and the lives of those around you. Chris, a Relevant Radio® listener from Bakersfield, called in to The Inner Life® to share his story of how he went from being angry all the time to becoming a person of peace, prayer, and renewed relationships.

“I’m a big example that God will turn around even the most evil person out there. He’ll turn him around and make him for His glory,” Chris told host Chuck Neff and guest Fr. Matthew Spencer, OSJ.

Find out how Chris found the ‘recipe’ for reducing anger, and the difference it has made in his life.
