Visiting her cousin Elizabeth on her own initiative, walking a hundred miles to get there, and then doing chores around her house for three months as if she had nothing better to do. Not uttering a word of complaint on the way to Bethlehem, nine months pregnant and sitting on a donkey, as she reassured St. Joseph “Don’t worry, everything will be fine!” Pushing her way through the crowd to comfort her son as He carried His cross. Standing at the foot of the cross and telling the whole world “He’s my son and I love him!”
