How to Give Hope

What gives you hope? Is it the Scriptures? Maybe it’s closeness to the sacraments and frequent prayer? Perhaps it’s hearing good news and uplifting stories? For these listeners and many others, it’s getting all of the above—and more—on their favorite Relevant Radio programs! Read their stories below.

Hope for the Homebound

“I have a spinal cord injury and cannot attend Mass. I listen to your daily Mass and the Family Rosary Across America every night and feel like a part of a community who loves and participates in the Church. God bless you for saving me!” said KimAnn listening on 1080AM in Miami.

Hope for the Sick

Edward, listening on 106.3 FM in Pittsburgh, PA, is growing closer to Our Lady through the Family Rosary Across America.  He discovered Relevant Radio six months ago when he was recovering from a mental breakdown.  Now Edward prays the Rosary every night and credits Relevant Radio with helping him to begin to heal.  He donated all that he has in gratitude – $3.00.

Hope for the Grieving

Judy (950 AM in Chicago) lost her brother 2 months ago.  She was in the basement starting the laundry and it felt so lonely and very quiet without her brother.  So Judy turned on the radio and “there was Relevant Radio!”

She said, “I know Relevant Radio was never ever tuned into that radio.  I so needed to hear what Cale Clarke had to say.  Now I listen to Cale, pray the Chaplet with Drew and the Rosary with Fr. Rocky. When I was in need – you were there! ”

KimAnn, Edward, and Judy supported Relevant Radio this week during our Relevant Radio Give Hope Pledge Drive. They see the importance of our work and want to help us give hope to others just as we’ve given hope to them. Will you join us? Make a gift today and your donation will be matched 100%! This is the final day of our Spring Pledge Drive, so make your gift today!
