The National Eucharistic Pilgrimage Passes Through Charlotte, North Carolina

The National Eucharistic Pilgrimage recently traveled through Charlotte, North Carolina, as pilgrims made their way up the East Coast. During their stop, we had the opportunity to join the Eucharistic procession as it passed several parishes, including St. Vincent de Paul Parish, and to catch up with some of the Perpetual Pilgrims accompanying Our Lord on this extraordinary journey.

We spoke with Perpetual Pilgrims Zachary Doston and Cheyenne Johnson about their experiences on the pilgrimage, what inspired them to dedicate themselves to walking with Christ across the country, and the spiritual strength that sustains them along the way. Their reflections offered a glimpse into the faith, sacrifice, and joy that continue to mark this nationwide witness to the Real Presence of Jesus in the Eucharist.
