How to Renew Your Mind, Body, and Soul in Just One Day

Is your life busy with work, family, prayer, exercise, grocery shopping, laundry, and a never-ending to do list? The pace of modern life can make it difficult to take care of yourself in mind, body, and soul. And often we feel as though there is only time to focus on one at a time. With your limited free time should you go for a walk or take that time for meditative prayer? Should you read that book on apologetics to learn more about your faith or spend that time with friends who support you in your life as a Catholic?

If you feel like you could use a renewal of mind, body, and soul but feel like you don’t have time, there’s good news! The Relevant Radio® Elevate Conference is a one-day event that offers opportunities for you to grow in each of these aspects of your life.

Mind
The Elevate Conference features all your favorite Relevant Radio hosts, who will offer informative and inspiring talks to help you learn and grow in your understanding of the Catholic faith. You’ll learn about the Eucharist from Msgr. Stuart Swetland, Mary from Fr. Richard Simon, marriage and family from Sheila Liaugminas, and sharing the faith and evangelization from Patrick Madrid. With so many talks from experts in these topics, you’re sure to walk away with a new knowledge and appreciation of your Catholic faith.

Body
The Elevate Conference will take place at the picturesque National Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa in Doylestown, PA. With approximately 170 acres of land, the Shrine is located on Beacon Hill, overlooking Peace Valley. These well-kept grounds offer spectacular views and an opportunity to get outside, take a nice long walk, and enjoy God’s beautiful Creation. The grounds also offer outdoor Stations of the Cross and Rosary Gardens that are perfect places to spend time in prayer and reflection.

Soul
The Eucharist is the source and summit of our faith, which is why the Elevate Conference will not only include a Sunday Vigil Mass with The Most Reverend John J. McIntyre, D.D., V.G., but Eucharistic Adoration will be available throughout the entire event. There will be a Holy Hour directly before Mass that includes Adoration and Benediction, a recitation of the Rosary, and the Imposition of the Brown Scapular. Multiple priests will be hearing Confession at designated times during the Conference. If you are looking to jump-start your prayer life, or if your prayer is stagnant and you are looking to go deeper, the Elevate Conference will renew your spirit and reinvigorate your relationship with the Lord.
